Multiplayer & Networking

Real-time and turn-based online play, built on Photon or on a custom Node.js and Socket.io server. Getting players into the same match reliably is a different discipline from building the game itself.

  • Matchmaking, lobbies and room management
  • State synchronisation and lag compensation
  • Authoritative logic so matches cannot be tampered with
  • Leaderboards, cloud save and player accounts
  • Tournament SDK integration, including Skillz

Good fit if

  • You have a single-player game and want it online
  • Players report desync, rubber-banding or dropped matches
  • You need competitive or tournament play
  • Your game needs friends to play together
Typical timeline
4 to 10 weeks
You receive
Networked build, server config, load test results
Stack

Game UI/UX Design

Interfaces players do not have to think about. We design the flows, screens and feedback that decide whether a first session becomes a second one.

What is included

  • Onboarding and first-time user experience
  • HUD, menus, shop and progression screens
  • Interactive prototypes before anything is built
  • Design system and component library
  • Unity-ready assets at every required resolution
  • Localisation-safe layouts

Good fit if

  • Players drop off in the first session
  • Your shop or IAP flow converts poorly
  • The game plays well but looks unfinished
  • You are preparing a store refresh
Typical timeline
3 to 6 weeks
You receive
Figma source, exported assets, design system
Tools

Art & 3D Assets

Concept art through to optimised in-game assets, built to a polygon and texture budget that holds up on the devices your players actually own.

What is included

  • Art direction and style exploration
  • 2D concept art, characters and environments
  • 3D modelling, texturing and rigging
  • Animation and VFX
  • Marketing art: icons, screenshots, key art
  • Asset optimisation to a performance budget

Good fit if

  • You have code but no consistent visual identity
  • Your store icon is not earning taps
  • Art is not hitting target frame rates
  • You need a full art pack for a new title

2 to 10 weeks
You receive

AR & VR

Augmented and virtual reality built in Unity on ARCore and ARKit. Camera, tracking and placement work that behaves the same on a flagship and a three-year-old phone.

What is included

  • ARCore and ARKit integration
  • Plane detection, anchors and object placement
  • Full-body and world tracking
  • In-app screen recording and sharing
  • VR builds for standalone headsets
  • Device compatibility testing across the AR matrix

Good fit if

  • You want an AR feature inside an existing app
  • Your AR app drifts, jitters or loses tracking
  • You need a camera experience people will share
  • You are prototyping an AR or VR concept
Typical timeline
3 to 8 weeks
You receive

QA & Testing

Structured testing before your players do it for you. Functional, device, compatibility and store-compliance passes, with reproducible bug reports.

What is included

  • Test plans mapped to your feature set
  • Functional and regression testing each build
  • Device matrix testing on real hardware
  • Performance, memory and battery profiling
  • Store compliance and age rating checks
  • Bug reports with steps, video and device logs

Good fit if

  • You are approaching a submission date
  • Crash rate or ANR rate is hurting your store ranking
  • The game behaves differently on low-end Android
  • You need an independent pass before launch
Typical timeline

Publishing Support

The unglamorous work between a finished build and a live listing. We handle store setup, compliance and submission, on your account or ours.

  • Store listing creation in every target locale
  • Age ratings, data safety and privacy declarations
  • Build signing, release tracks and staged rollout
  • Review rejections handled and resubmitted
  • Soft launch in test markets before global release

Good fit if

  • This is your first title and the process is unfamiliar
  • You have been rejected and are not sure why
  • You want a soft launch before committing UA budget
  • You need someone accountable for the release date
Typical timeline
2 to 4 weeks
You receive
Live listings, release checklist, rollout plan

App Store Optimization

Most games lose more installs on the store page than in the game. ASO is the cheapest growth lever you own, and the one most studios neglect.

What is included

  • Keyword research and competitor gap analysis
  • Title, subtitle and description optimisation
  • Icon and screenshot concepts, then A/B tests
  • Store listing experiments on Google Play
  • Localisation for your top install markets
  • Monthly ranking and conversion reporting

Good fit if

  • Impressions are healthy but installs are not
  • You have never tested your icon
  • You are paying for UA into a weak store page
  • You want organic growth alongside paid
Typical timeline
Ongoing, first results in 4 to 8 weeks
You receive
Keyword set, creative variants, test results

Marketing & User Acquisition

Paid acquisition that is judged on cost per install and return on ad spend, not on impressions. We build the creative and we run the campaigns.

What is included

  • Channel strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google and Unity Ads
  • Playable and video creative production
  • Creative testing frameworks and iteration
  • Attribution setup with AppsFlyer or Adjust
  • Budget pacing and bid management
  • Influencer and creator partnerships

Good fit if

  • Your retention is good and you are ready to scale
  • CPI is climbing and creative has gone stale
  • You are launching and need day-one volume
  • You want honest reporting on what is not working
Typical timeline
3 month minimum
You receive
Creative library, campaign access, weekly reporting
Channels
Meta, TikTok, Google, Unity, AppLovin

LiveOps & Growth

A launched game is the start, not the finish. Live ops is the ongoing content, events and experiments that turn a release into a business.

What is included

  • Live ops calendar: events, offers and seasonal content
  • Remote config and feature flagging
  • A/B testing on economy, difficulty and monetisation
  • Retention and re-engagement campaigns
  • Cohort analysis and LTV modelling
  • Monthly roadmap based on the data, not opinions

Good fit if

  • Your game is live and growth has flattened
  • Retention drops sharply after the first week
  • You have analytics but nobody acting on them
  • You want a steady content cadence without hiring
Typical timeline
Ongoing, rolling monthly
You receive
Live ops calendar, experiment log, KPI dashboard
Stack
Firebase, GameAnalytics, AppsFlyer
